Welcome new members!
Below you’ll find some helpful information
as you embark on your martial arts journey at Dream!
gis
If you have a gi (uniform), please bring it; we have a changing room available. If not, we may be able to lend you a gi for your first class; please bring athletic clothing just in case. You will need to purchase a gi for future classes. Feel free to check if we have your size in stock. Starter gis are available online, as well; you may choose your gi color. Please also make sure to bring a full water bottle to class!
kicksite - access your student account
All students have access to a student account via our Kicksite platform. Once you create your student account, you can track your attendance, billing, documents, belt rank, memberships, and more, as well as update contact and payment info. Please check your email for your auto-generated username and temporary password, and let us know if you need any assistance; we can resend the invite!
attendance Check-ins / pins
PINs are used to check in at the start of class. Please make sure to check in at the kiosk or tablet prior to the start of your class. You may also email us or check with the Program Manager or Instructor for your PIN.
Membership
Dream Memberships are 6-month term commitments and are automatically renewed at the end of each term. We look forward to a fun and lasting partnership with you, but, if for whatever reason you need to discontinue training, cancellations require a 14-day notice in which you may continue training before membership is deactivated.
Freezes
If you will be absent for an extended period of 2 weeks or more, or for any medical injury, please email us or complete the Freeze Request Form as soon as possible to request a membership freeze; your billing will be paused during the freeze and the membership term will be extended by the length of the freeze. (Membership freezes are for a maximum of up to two months per term).
Communications
We will email our monthly newsletter with important information and updates, and the Moral of the Month. On occasion, we may also send out important class-specific emails and texts, including closure or schedule change announcements, so please be sure to add info@dreammartialarts.com to your email contacts and check for messages from us. We also recommend saving our telephone number.
health/hygiene
Clothing should be clean, hands washed, hair pulled back, and fingernails and toenails should be kept short for everyone’s safety. If you have vomited or displayed any other symptoms of illness or fever in the past 24 hours, you should not train. Please see your membership agreements for more on our terms regarding illness and training.
Outdoor Programs
We also offer kids’ nature programs, special events, workshops, and seasonal camps. Check out our Upcoming Programs to grab a spot at our next outdoor, nature-immersive session!
